    Hi - Many thanks for help. I have tried the USSD code & unfortunately no success. I just cannot get my phone to divert busy/unanswered calls to my mailbox. Even tried switching my mailbox off & on again. Telkom helpline don't even know what a USSD code is & are therefore are of no assistance...
