All day long and at random. Examples are channels in Slack not loading their content, pages on Github taking ages to load, package updates (downloads) running at very low speeds. No set times - intermittent and seems random.

Any known issues with international bandwidth / latency at the moment? Some of my colleagues and I (all in different towns, on different fiber networks) are experiencing intermittent international slowdowns and the only thing we have in common is CISP.
