    No they should not even if they contain nicotine. Nicotine is not the dangerous part and many liquids contain tobacco free nicotine. You can find nicotine in vegetables and fruit, why not tax those too?! It is just ANC trying to tax something new, the corrupt f###.

    Does that pricing not make sense? When our Zar/$ was at 13-14 thoss cards were selling at 18k (MSi 2080 trio) now at 17-18 they are listed at 22-24k, I think the pricing is correct.
