Tell them you want to swap the indoor router for outdoor cpe, same happened to me and ever since the swap i get good internet. Otherwise try and move the router as close as possible to the tower.

Yes me too, Lol rain gave me an indoor Oppo router, and having to sacrifice the wifi 6 bands that came with it i expressed upon them that i had to get the outdoor cpe Huawei router for the best connection.

My answer to this is that most places such as shops, restaurants etc... don't have the knowledge to protect themselves on their own network let alone set up the proper software and hardware. Hence they chicken out on lending access to the public and prefer to hog it for themselves.

I never had a cap issue or any limit at all. Although i only used half of that, but im sure there really is no fup for rain and worse case secenario if you do get throttled for some reason just reset your router. It wont affect the bill but restart the isp router usage.
