    I'm clearly a new car owner. Just assumed it was needed. Isn't it needed for something? Why do people save them? Having said that, I'm relieved I don't need one.

    I have misplaced my receipt for the previous licence disc, am I also going to need an affidavit? I'm probably going to have way less friendlier eyes peering through the mask than you did! Do you know if I can still go to the post office to renew the current one? It's expiring soon
