    South Africa will switch to digital TV by 2021

    Digital tuners aren't disabled. I have a Samsung RU7100 65" and it works just fine with a standard aerial. Picked up all the digital terrestrial channels without an issue. Had to do a manual tuning to get the E TV stuff.
