    Rizzen bps300m doesn't take charge

    Good day all We purchased the rizzen bps300m a few months ago and was working well.. Then one night it just stopped working (the display keeps switching on and off) The outputs work.. but shows a charge fault The batteries test 13.6vdc Can someone please help with a manual or advice on...
