I made payment yesterday for a subscription to your fibre services. The building is located in Sandown, and all my queries for more feedback as to how I can take delivery of the router and what the next step is, has not been answered.

Noob error on my side. I set the connection on the router as "[email protected]" instead of my actual username.
Changed it on the router and my problem is solved!

Did you have to add your iDevices to any particular setting on the router?

I need a bit of help after trying to search the web for hours looking for a solution.
I bought a TP-Link W8960N Router for home use and have been trying to connect my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 to it. Both devices have iOS5.0.1 and the router has the latest firmware.
