Buying/selling privately after seeing estate agent
Quick question - I'm the seller, I did not sign sole mandate with any of the 5 agents only declaration of conditions of house e.g. leaks etc. Now due to my own adverts and board, I have a private buyer. However this buyer was dealing with an agent who now says because they listed my property...- Denyse
