    Transfer of ownership for a car written off by insurance.

    Good afternoon, I bough a vehicle from a secondhand dealership in Gauteng, but the vehicle is still on the name of the insurance company. I wanted to do transfer of ownership, but they say the insurance company should transfer it onto my name first.
