    Last 2 weeks i have been getting "you can only stream on one device" error message on TV from DSTV when trying to cast from DSTV Now App to Chromecast. Walk in centre is useless and is blaming Chromecast not supporting DSTV. I was mildly miffed but did not have the time to debate and show them...

    Hi. Cool Ideas was mentioned by an arb on a whats app group. A misunderstanding of what was requested so no real understanding. Agreed Yup, it was handed to Vumatel who made repairs quite quickly. Speeds were a problem for about 6 hours after the fix, but seems to have stabilised in the 20/20...

    OK, so chased up Vumatel and they pulled finger and fixed from their side without coming out. Sounds like a Telkom of disconnect one person to fix the next until you find a free terminal point. Cool Ideas has been resolved, someone else got confused. All good. Up and running again.

    Home Connect on the Vumatel network has been down for a couple of days in Bryanston/Riverclub area. Anyone have any info on this? Getting some random references to a DDoS attack on Cool Ideas, which sounds odd. Was not aware Coo Ideas and Home Connect were linked an any way.
