    Same here. I installed the app at the 2nd attempt and then it is not smooth and keeps on freezing.. Maybe heavy load of traffics on them..

    I signed up with Supersonic FLTE uncapped(thete is no fibre here) on 10.Feb.2021 and still no router receieved. On that day, their coverage map was out of order and I had to sign up on the whatsapp. Maybe this wad a mistske.. They are keep sending me to make upfront payment mutiple times...

    I applied for an upgrade to 40mb from 20mb online last week. Since then, I heard nothing from them. So I decided to give them a call today. And I was told that existing customers don't qualify for the promotion. I was also told I'd have to pay R1339 pm if I want to upgrade my ADSL to 40mb...
