Hi there Darren I feel your pain as I am in the same situation . I actually found your msg while trying to find another provider . Rain are absolutely ridiculous. I have a tower not far from me which is 4G and refuse to change it to 5G . My issue is that my router keeps saying no internet...- DesSmith
