Rain support is pathetic

so i got a message at 9:52am this morning saying it'll be delivered today... again at 11:29 its now 4pm an hour until they stop delivering and i highly doubt im going to get a knock at the door within the next hour i've cleared my entire schedule today and stayed home and it seems like its...

Rain support is pathetic

I have ordered my rain simcard MONTHS ago.... I have emailed customer support about an issue 4 MONTHS AGO..... and received not one single reply i keep emailing and keep receiving absolutely NOTHING! I need someone to deal with this immediately...
