    No. Dividends are taxed at 20% in South Africa. There are different withholding levels when investing in foreign countries. Capital gains are not limited to 40% of your gains. You need to report all your gains/losses to SARS. SARS provide an annual rebate of R 40,000 to offset capital gains...
