    I paid once and it looked like it went through on my side. I was told it didn't go through and had to try again. I then used my card since I thought it didn't work since I had no data and it worked with my card. After that, I just used my card when I had no data.

    Lived in Cape Town my whole life and never knew you had to register pets until recently. I don't think that will work where I live.

    Ill fail learners and license. I did fail both on my 1st try years ago when I was prepared for it. I've forgotten so much since then.

    I have no idea. They make it sound as if these are something new but its been around. I failed my 1st test but passed the second time. Maybe everyone was expecting the old paper test and was surprised. That happened to me.

    I remember failing my test over a decade ago. Once you know what they test for, its easy to pass.

    I received mine before 7 this morning. The refund status on e-filing has also been fixed. It was showing last year's amount.
