    Ill fail learners and license. I did fail both on my 1st try years ago when I was prepared for it. I've forgotten so much since then.

    I have no idea. They make it sound as if these are something new but its been around. I failed my 1st test but passed the second time. Maybe everyone was expecting the old paper test and was surprised. That happened to me.

    I remember failing my test over a decade ago. Once you know what they test for, its easy to pass.
