    Hi Guys, Diablo 3 is basically unplayable for me, i am on the Froogfoot network and ISP is Supersonic. My in game latency sits mostly at 1 - 1.2 seconds. I ran ping plotter and i kind of see where the bottle neck is, but i need advise on whether its the ISP or the fibre provider. Can someone...
