they cant even be called support, they are no help, ive now escalated it to ICASA, as support just dont reply, and even the person that did contact me failed to assist, now hes silent again and not responding to my mails...- Diabo@2402

hi im also having huge issues with rain, i have 2 sims with them, got my friends to sign up with them as well as they were ok in the beginning, now two weeks ago the network in my area just died, and now we all sitting with no network, posted many tickets with them and eventually some one...- Diabo@2402
