    Im also by them, they have even replaced my router, Put in a new fiber line. nothing works, but i do have a solution for you that worked for me, use a VPN. i used windscribe, paying 2$ a month, just select Custom package and select South Africa, So im using a S.A VPN server, My ping dropped back...
