    Voltage was checked by COCT and is correct. I unplugged inverter and it still shows 150V input. The indicated voltage input seems to be slowly increasing.

    When I switch it off the input VAC and output VAC is same, above 300. When I switch it on the input VAC goes up and down above 300 down to 280 and keeps fluctuating.
