OVHD Decoder: no signal crazy problem

I get sound, but no visuals from my OVHD. Just stay on NO SIGNAL. It just happened two weeks ago..all of a sudden. Since then....NO SIGNAL, but sound. My parents now LISTENS to 7de Laan. Any suggestions?
