I tried to phone Makro to check on cellphone deals, and most times the phone rings and remains unanswered, and if you do eventually get an operator, the department line ( media in this case) also rings with no answer. Eventually I gave up on Makro...
Must be the worst banking app out there. So much downtime on this app, other banking apps are far superior to Capitec. Often thought of changing to another bank because of the constant issues on this app. Just the fact that their IT guys are flummoxed by these problems is evident by the 2 days...
