Nintendo eShop Problems
I had the same problem, could not use any credit card of mine and confirmed with nintendo that the fault is not with the bank because I tried several cards from different banks. Nintendo replied it is a credit card lock on my account and I must wait 30 days without trying to make any purchases...- Dirkvryburg
