Issue started 3 months ago(i mentioned this to them in June) , and gradually got worse. Afrinatic has been trying to get this issue resolved with the vendor. The first time it was posted in this thread was a month ago.
I understand its on the vendors side but 3 months is a really long time for the issue to still be ongoing without any alternatives. Basically 45-50ms and packet loss almost everyday during peak instead of 10-15ms.
