    On the home screen it says disconnected, and when I go to connection setting it says mobile data is off. I tried turning it on and even switching on roaming, but when I go back to home, the mobile data will be showing that it’s off

    I hard reset it after Webafrica told me to, but it seems like it didn’t work. I was on a call with them for more than 20 minutes trying to resolve it but it, my airtime ended up finishing before they could come up with a solution

    Hi guys there was a storm the past 2 days and now my router is showing the red light with full bars on my B525 router. I’ve literally tried everything and it’s not turning blue. I’ve tried locking it on 4G but it says “failed” Please HELP
