    Online (phone) contracts are a waste

    Been battling 2 days now to get a contract online through Vodacom as that is "convenient". I've spent more time trying to cancel this nonsense than I would have spent in the actual store. Chaps at the call center insist I should ask my bank for my debicheck, when in reality Vodacom are the ones...

    I use Tyremart only. Unfortunately Tiger Wheel & tyre have really gone downward service wise in recent years. The fact that they have been taking back the franchise stores means the backbone of once made the small town stores great is no longer there.

    Ex salesperson for a big red tyre store in SA. IT's a gimmick, works on racecars yes. Often times the nitorgen machine wouldn't work and customers would get nomral air in anyway.
