Totally agree that there are so many TLD's out there that they could use, however, the majority currently used for phishing are .co.za.

You are quite correct, they should list all ~4300 ICANN-accredited Registrars :ROFL: but the reality is that there are only 3 ICANN-accredited Registrars in South Africa (https://www.icann.org/en/accredited-registrars?page=1&country=South%20Africa&view-all=true)
