I cannot cancel my Telkom account - Tell your story here.

I logged a cancellation ticket on their website on the 22 Oct 2018. I got ticket: 25346167. Today I find that the cancellation request is gone? I had to log a new cancellation request: 26699378. Its truly epic how Telkom are getting away with this.
