    The problem with the Pixie AI assistant is that it pops up as soon as you open the app, and then bases its products on your default delivery location. BUT if you have 2 or more delivery locations it is doesn't work so well as i need to select the correct location first.

    My VW has a maintenance plan and it broke down last week, got towed to VW but they refused to pay for the replacement of the spark plugs. What's the point of having a maintenance plan if they are going come with any excuse not to pay.

    This is an old post, but will post this in case it helps anyone else. We have been struggling with this for the past 2 weeks while trying to do testing and we eventually tried incognito mode on Chrome and it worked! We still not to sure why incognito mode would work though?
