Hi. Haven't been on the forum for some time so I do apologise if my question has been answered already. I wanted to know if/when the Metrofibre speed upgrades are going to kick in? I'm not exactly sure if all their customer are eligible or if it's only their MFN direct customers. Thanks!
So I wanted to avoid posting on the public forum but I've already tried every other option so oh well. Thoroughly unimpressed with the service given by WS, and I don't even have an active service with them yet. Was meant to be activated last Friday, but apparently due to some issue on MFN's side...
Assuming that Despatch experiences the same connectivity as those in PE on Frogfoot, I think most would advise against going with Frogfoot. You should be able to find the Frogfoot PE subforum here pretty easily and you'll see they do not have a good time at all. I'm on MFN in PE and have been...
I'm with Mind The Speed. They said that there are outages affecting "a few areas" but they didn't think my area was affected. Not sure if they meant areas within PE or just over SA in general.

So when the time finally came where I was called for an ONT installation, they messed up with their scheduling and the contractor did not show up for that scheduled installation. This was for a Friday. I called almost every day following that escalating and demanding that they come and complete...
Have just recently joined the club with 100 mbps up/down with Mind The Speed. So far every one of my expectations have at the very least been met and some even exceeded. Hopefully I don't suffer too many new-area-problems in the weeks to come, but otherwise first impressions have been excellent!
Your gaming experience on fibre likely won't be topped by anything else. A DSL connection could possibly be as good if you are close enough to your exchange and your latency is kept to a minimum. If you aren't lucky then I promise you a poor DSL connection will only break you down further. I've...
Are you using the Pure LTE service? If so, then there are literally only 4 different routers that you are able to use with the service. If you try to use anything else then your service will be blocked by MTN.
