    So, I want to share a story, what a very close friend (renamed to "Joe") did when he couldn't get his tenant out: There was a single man (lets call him "Adam"), mid 50's who rented his apartment and came the end of his term, he didn't want to move...no money bla bla. A lot of lawyer letters...

    But that's the problem! No one wants to do it and yet they get away with it? I had a tenant who broke a bunch of **** in my apartment and now he's attitude is like "I will pay you when Im a billionaire and if you want, sue me - its gonna cost more than the damages"... And he is going to do it...

    how can we start a page to name these people to prevent them from repeating their nonsense. Also had a nightmare recently and KNOW this idiot is doing the same to someone else now
