    How to reactivate a deactiaved cell c sim used only for whatsapp over wifi.

    Hi. My has a dual sim phone. Has a contract sim he uses for calls or data when not in a wifi zone. The whatapp number was a cell c prepaid that he has been using since 2016 at least. Uses it exclusively over wifi. So has not loaded data or airtime on this number. Phone is now lost/stolen...
