    I’ve had this happen to me recently. The guy was ignoring both my directions and the gps. Kept saying his route was faster. Ended up having to do an illegal u-turn to go in the right direction. I suspect it’s a ploy by them to make trips longer and get more money.

    Majority of my bad experiences have been regarding the state of the car, the route chosen by the driver and the driving behavior of the driver.
