I don't think people are being impatient, well not me at least, people just want to make sure its not only them and its a greater issue so they don't have to try and get a hold of FNB.
Anyone been having issues with the GPS taking ages to connect? I've had a Venu 2 for about a year and a half and since last week Friday my GPS takes ages to connect and sometimes loses signal whilst running. Today it only received signal after about 2km of running.
I'll give it another 2 or 3...
