Taking my money and deactivate the service on their side is something I struggle to understand. I was more than prepared to even give them/pay them a "notice month", but I am not paying for a service that is not provided any longer.

When I received my 5G Router I got speeds of around 300Mbps from inside a window and pointing towards the blue dot in the Rain site. It was very stable for a while and I mounted my router outside, closest to the blue dot.

I used to get 200Mbps+ before lock down. Since lockdown the speed went backwards day by day. It is now at a point where I don't get more than 10Mbps. I moved it around and picked up 5 different towers around me, but none of them gave me improved speeds.
It used to but for the last two weeks it will be there for a few seconds and then disappear again. Moved router around, lower, higher, different directions. F0kk0l happens
