Im having the same issue... since I upgraded my fibre to 100mbps I'm only getting half the download speed... support refreshed the line and I got the full speed... soon after that the speed returned to half the speed... fault reported to Openserve and Im still waiting for it to be resolved... Im...
I applied on the net.... received a call a few days later confirming my application... after that I had to follow up with them, like they doing me a favour... I cancelled the application in the end.... customer service is pathetic.
