    Billions in airtime stolen from South Africans

    Probably 15 years ago I had business model that wanted to use Subscription service as payment. My model didn't work, because service providers charged 30% of the income stream before tax. This is a cash generating machine for cellular companies so why will they stop WASP's stealing from us?
