    @CoolEscalator thank you and the team for assisting in a smooth transition. From getting the line sorted out and account creation. And following up with a call for a free router that was politely declined as I have a network already setup.

    Hi, the email address I used to get through was [email protected] I also followed up with a phone call but was on hold for about 1 hour before getting assistance. But they did mention they received my cancellation notice on that email address.
