    I did not have credit shortfall enabled, so I lost around 50k in a day that I had to pay in. I got the same car, a year newer model for the same price I bought the first one for, so no problem. Loving it ever since. Touch wood.

    I like to consider them as a broker, as they do interact with you on a personal level (sort of) and are always finding ways to assist. Although, I can't comment directly on a small claims experience.
