@ghostRgg can you share your signal stats? I am curious to see them.
I max out at 90Mbps down and 10Mbps up with these stats:

Ran into my first "big" hiccup today. Sim got locked after apparently "the tower went down in my area and it failed to reconnect too many times"
9min (waiting time plus chatting to tech person) call with tech support and it was unlocked, waited 20min then restarted the router and I am back in...
Got mine today and it amazing! This is what I am getting out of my B618-22d
During the day it averaged ~40Mbps and after 5PM it shot up to 70Mbps.
The upload varies wildly but I am not that concerned.
@Swingblade be sure that the status in that CRM page changed after you paid. Even with me paying via credit card it didn't reflect and I had to send them proof of payment.
I sent it to them on WhatsApp and they updated the order status immediately. This was on Saturday and I got the notification...
How long does the application usually take?
I signed up online for a line addition on my existing contract on the 20th. Got the email with a reference number saying that someone will contact me to get bank statements etc.
This Friday will be a week and no one has contacted me yet.
My guess is no. She had to look up my profile to tell me what offers they had for me; retentions won't be able to do this for new customers.
The deal I got is for 24 months, she mentioned I can cancel at any time with a 1-month penalty like previously mentioned in this thread.
