    That's horrible. Change to the unrestricted APN (assuming you're not on it due to the IP, and assuming your signal is decent). Occasionally, Internet/TelkomInternet have given me similar speeds.

    I seem to be throttled during the day for the last few weeks... 20Mbps down, uplink still above 20. Still got rollover data so assuming congestion. Signal still great.
