    They are throttling me from about a month and a half ago. Got 200bmps for a year and a half and now only 100mbps, and nothing changed on my side.

    You are absolutely right, Rain does throttle, they started throttling me a month and a half ago because the tower got to congested. I had 200mbps for more then a year and now I am throttled at 100mbps..
