    Virtually all of these purchases are not done with monthly salary. It comes from investment income when dividends pay out (either listed or private businesses), sale of another asset/business, large bonus or incentive vesting, etc. Goes for something like purchasing a holiday home, etc as well...

    Will be great in a darker colour. You would want to order this in Grigio Silverstone - maybe even Grigio Scuro or Canna Di Fucile.
