    It was an official order - have the order number etc.

    No - this is a new service that was installed on the 9 th of March.

    Probably a better word is setup or configuration problem. The PON light on the ONT is flashing - that indicates it cannot log on to their network although there is a signal (no LOS)

    Eventually spoke to 10210 - according to them the line is suspended - They have asked someone at Openserve to look into it but it is still not resolved.

    I have logged 2 calls with Openserve and 2 with Telkom ISP and yet there is no service. It worked fine until the 31st of March 2026. The PON light on the ONT is flashing - It must be a definition problem on the Openserve side. FRUSTRASTING !!!
