Thanks went through the process but didn't see existing customer anywhere. I chose existing line since there is already a fibre line at the new place. Placed the order nonetheless.
@PBCool I'm unable to add new services in the client zone right now (getting a Product error on the website). I'm moving premises so I was told to order a new service. Should I just create a new order from scratch on the main website page?
Century city connect really has become terrible - this is the longest it’s been down and I also get too many frequent drops for 30mins to 1 hr. And they make claims that they haven’t had any drops for the last couple months...

Internet just died all of a sudden while working. WiFi and cable not working but all lights are on, router and CPR. In the Bryanston area. Any issues on your side or would I have to call Vuma?
Chrome native yeah... I think it must be that. Firefox seems quicker but maybe my connection was just bad this morning. Got stuff up and running now so its cool
