    Its helped a little but I'm not sure if I did it right, I just added the VPN via windows with the new server details and picked PPTP, is that correct? Ping ingame is now 180, was expecting more like 160 or less but maybe that's ambitious.

    My issue is packet loss on gaming servers in EU and US, and that is what CISP is asking me to do.
