    Same here, don't bother with Supersonic; I've had better customer service from Telkom and are busy with the tedious process of trying to cancel with SuperSlow. Rather go with Axxess or Cool Ideas - I'm jumping ship to Axxess as soon as my cancellation is processed.

    Their packages are nice and is competitively priced. Line speeds in our area is stable with minimum issues or instabilities. Any form of customer service on the other hand is non existent. Their call centre drives up suicide rates in South Africa.
