No Hotspot Problem On Unlimited Off-Peak Plan

Hi, I changed my sim plan to Unlimited Phone Plan mistakenly last month when I wanted the check contains to the other plans. I called customer care they said “must wait for downgrade end of the month”. Now currently I have Unlimited Off-Peak Plan but my Hotspot doesn't work all webpage has same...
