Yes was there yesterday, 6.5hrs, achieved nothing except to pay grudge fictitious debt to avoid preterm notice cut off... and how's this, at my last intervention at coj walk in I got them to get CP to take actual reading, which they did, even got the photo from cp tech, but hey presto reading...
Yup, got that after the fact! Would have been, though, nice customer focused to get proper notification of this, but then they wouldn't reach their revenue targets! Now its one big deliberate balls up and too much effort to read customer's meter so they can gouge with inflated estimated...
This is my plan, I got forms from CoJ, so hoping it can be done without being gouged with long tail of estimated readings till they figure recognize im off grid.. super wanting peace of mind as you say
No, that was my mistake, I didn't know there was this 'rule' that you had to buy x per month and frequency y over the year..!!! Go figure it thought we were in a free enterprise economy and only had to buy stuff you need when you need, guess I was wrong!!
