Slow download
Rain download speed is extremely slow 5G LTE 60mpbs not equiling my download speed nothing else connected but my pc and 1 phone was atleast expecting a download speed of 5 - 7 Mbps but instead I'm getting average 300KBs... does rain throttle? Or is the problem on my side- Fio

No internet connection
My connection has been down nearly the whole day it started with intermittent connections yesterday now i have no internet connection rain, I can't get ahold of anyone to assist this is very frustrating- Fio
